Reception:
If requested, upon arrival your group will experience the western hospitality and exceptional service the Blackfoot Inn is known for. The reception includes complimentary punch and delectable cookies. Guests will have the energy needed to experience everything Calgary has to offer.
Parking:
Direct easy access to and from the hotel - located on major routes. Ample FREE parking for your tour buses.
Baggage Handling:
$5.00 per person (including taxes) in and out. GST included.
Check in/Check out:
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon, unless previous arrangements have been made by the tour escort. Mass wake up calls are available so your entire group will arrive as scheduled.
Additional Persons:
$30.00 will apply for each additional guest, based on single or double occupancy (maximum of 6 per room). Under special request, rooms are available to accommodate a maximum of 10. Rates can be arranged in advance to include quad occupancy. Please call in advance to arrange a price quote.
Children:
Complimentary stay for children under the age of 16 (in parent's guest room).

Cancellation policy will apply:
30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the room block may be released.
14 days prior to arrival – the balance of the block not yet picked up may be released.
48 hours prior to arrival – a reduction in 3 rooms is allowable without penalty.
Rooms:
Currently available: 91 rooms with 2 queen beds. 96 rooms with 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Plus 13 executive rooms. There are two handicap accessible rooms available.

Rates:
Our Tour Rates are fully negotiable and based your group's needs, volume and budget. Our room rates are based on double to quad occupancy. All rates may be negotiated to include a breakfast buffet - American Sunrise breakfast.
Low season:
Dec. 15 2007 to Jan. 15, 2008
Value: Jan. 15 2008 to Feb. 28, 2008
Shoulder:
Mar. 1, 2008 to July 2, 2008 and July 15, 2008 to Dec. 15, 2008
High:
During the 2008 Petroleum Show June 7th to 13th & the Calgary Stampede July 3-13, 2008 tour rates are $189.00.
Executive King Upgrade:
$40.00 We would be pleased to quote a tour rate for your upcoming groups.

Delectable meals are crafted by our Executive Chef and our customer service is second to none. Please refer to the selections below. If a themed dinner is your desire, we'll accommodate your needs.
